The most incredible view of Istanbul! A cable car runs up to the cafe which is nestled on a hilltop on the Golden Horn. A must see!

One of the ancient cisterns that lies beneath the city of Istanbul, the Theodosius Cistern is an unrestored Byzantine reservoir. The area is about 45 by 25 metres and the roof is supported by 32 marble columns about 9 metres high.
